 We currently ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

 

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Depending on the shipping method selected, in-stock merchandise ships the same day or within 1-2 business days of your order. This is assuming there were no delays in payment authorization or address verification. The following table outlines our order processing and fulfillment schedule:

BACKORDERS

Out of stock items are shipped once they become available. We will keep you updated by e-mail or phone as to when we expect to ship your backorder. As long as we have not shipped your backorder, you retain the option to cancel it anytime by simply calling customer service at:

Your account will be charged for backordered items when we are ready to ship them. Shipping and handling charges are applied to the first shipment of your order (non-refundable). Backorder shipment(s) will be shipped using ground service at no additional cost to you.  


SPECIAL SHIPPING & HANDLING REQUIREMENTS

Some drop-shipped, oversized, heavy, and fragile items require special shipping and handling. Because of this, they take more time to process and deliver and are usually shipped separately from the rest of your order. They are also excluded from any free shipping promotional offers.

As marked on their detail page, an additional charge will be added to the "per shipment" rate to cover the additional shipping costs.


GIFT BOXED AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Allow one additional business day for gift-boxed items and 3-10 business days for personalized items. Some items may not be gift-boxed due to size.  We do not ship gift-boxed items to international destinations, including Canada, due to custom restrictions.  For more information, refer to the product's detail page.


MULTIPLE SHIPPING METHODS/ADDRESSES PER ORDER

You may split your order and ship it to multiple addresses or choose different shipping methods for items shipping to the same address.  Please note that additional destinations or different shipping methods in the same order are considered separate shipments and will be charged accordingly.

To protect you from possible fraud, your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. We use the extra time to verify your information.


P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders require a street address.


PROTECTIVE MEASURES

To protect you from fraud, we may take a few extra measures when shipping your order:

  • We may request additional identification. If this is the case, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information.
  • Orders valued at $200 or more will ship signature required.
  • If your shipping and billing addresses are different, we may take extra time to verify your information.
  • To ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address.

 

MANAGING SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Your address book allows you to store and edit your frequently used shipping addresses. You will save time during checkout when you select from these addresses. To access your address book, simply click on the "Address Book" link from within your account. At your address book page, you can view, add, edit, or delete an address.


SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CHARGES

We offer various shipping options, including Economy, Standard, Expedited, and Express. For each option, we use a variety of carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight forwarders.

The rates listed below are quoted in USD and are per address and/or shipping method. Additional destinations or different shipping methods in the same order are considered separate shipments and will be charged accordingly.

Our rates include service, processing, packaging, and delivery costs for your order. These charges are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to limit quantities per item.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

As mandated by the Canadian government, duty and taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada. Any duties and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. At MakkahOutlet, applicable duties and taxes are not calculated or charged during checkout. The licensed broker or consignee selected by MakkahOutlet will determine and pay on customer's behalf the applicable duties and taxes upon importation into Canada.

By ordering goods from MakkahOutlet, the customer hereby authorizes MakkahOutlet to hire a customs broker who shall act as the customer's agent in clearing the imported merchandise from customs. Broker will, on behalf of the customer, pay for applicable duties and taxes and will invoice the recipient for the total amount. Recipient is hereby responsible for paying back all applicable duties, taxes and customs clearance charges invoiced.


RECYCLED SHIPPING MATERIAL

To avoid waste and promote material recycling, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse.


EMAIL UPDATES ABOUT YOUR ORDER

Our goal is to keep you up-to-date on the status of your order as it moves from one stage to another until it reaches you. After you place your order, you will receive various e-mail updates about your order including Order Confirmation, Backorder/Preorder Notification, Payment Processing Notification, Shipment Confirmation, Return Notifications and sometimes Important Notices about Your Order/Return. You should save these e-mails; you may need them for any future references to your order. For further detailed information about these e-mails, click here.


SHIPMENT TRACKING

Your shipment confirmation e-mail will include your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier site. You can also find your order tracking information by clicking the "Order Status" link at the top of every page. If you are not already logged in to your account, you will be prompted to do so with your email and password.

Please note that some USPS shipping services offer limited or no order tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-day waiting period before the USPS initiates a trace on a non-delivered package.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Carriers may in some instances return packages to our warehouse and charge us a return fee because they deem them undeliverable. This usually happens when the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address. In this case, the customer will be responsible for a $5 handling charge per package plus any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the package.

IMPORTANT: Please note that MakkahOutlet is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer provided that address.


REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages that are refused by customers or recipients and as a result are returned to our warehouse will be assessed a $10 per package handling fee plus a 20% merchandise-restocking fee. If the original purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost plus any duty taxes will be deducted from the credit refund. In addition, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier and duty taxes if any. The original shipping and gifting costs are non-refundable.


RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from MakkahOutlet are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for any product purchased is passed on to you upon our delivery of such a product to the carrier. As a result, it may be necessary to directly file claims with the carrier for any lost or damaged shipment.
