We want you to be completely satisfied with each purchase from MakkahOutlet. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it to us within 30 calendar days of the original invoice for a full refund or exchange. We will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns are subject to the following:

  • All RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days, within which the return must be received in our warehouse. Packages received without a RMA number or after the RMA number has expired will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense. To apply for an RMA number, simply follow the Step-by-Step Return Instructions outlined below.

  • Returned items must be in their original purchase condition including original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and attached tags if any. Original product packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

  • Items received defective can only be returned for repair or replacement. In the event that the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund, including shipping costs will be issued.

  • Software incompatibility issues do not qualify as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions prior to purchase.

  • Individual items grouped and offered at a discounted bundle price must all be returned as a bundle. The only exception to this is if one of the bundle items was received damaged or defective and is being returned for replacement.

  • Items with personalization mistakes will not be accepted if the mistakes are due to misspellings or incorrect characters originally entered by the customer.

  • All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE except if the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the original purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credit refund.

  • Returns that do not meet our Return and Exchange policy requirements or are received without proper return documentation will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.

     

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Items with opened packaging unless defective.

  • Items that display misuse.

  • Items not in their original purchase condition.

  • Items returned with physical damage.

  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, Software, Video Game or Cassette Tape that has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap unless defective.

  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC code.

  • Any item considered personal, such as an earphone.

  • Special orders, personalized items, discontinued products, close-outs, final sales, open-box items, customized products, products configured to the customer’s specifications, and products purchased through our “Special Order Desk.”

  • Clothing that has been washed, worn, or without attached tags.

  • Books with bent or dirty corners, writing inside or cracked covers.

  • Item not purchased from MakkahOutlet.

  • Individual items purchased as part of a set.

  • Consumable items such as Zam Zam water, dates, cream, etc.

  • Items returned to a location other than the Springfield, VA warehouse.

  • Any item from the following manufacturers: Casio, Good Hope Electronics, and Ilkone.

     

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a damaged or wrong item or discovered that items are missing from your order, please send us an “Online inquiry” immediately. In your message, reference your order number and describe the problem in detail. You may also contact us by phone at:

We will replace any item received damaged, defective or missing as soon as possible. Similarly, if you should receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will send you the correct one at no additional charge and arrange for the return of the wrong one. If we are out of stock, we will send you a full refund, including shipping costs.

To return the wrong or damaged items, we will either send you a prepaid mailing label to affix on your return package or instruct you on how to ship it back to us. Your shipping costs in this case will be refunded.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The instructions below are designed to expedite your return and ensure it is accepted and properly credited.

  1. Request an RMA number (Merchandise Return Authorization) within the return policy period by completing the RMA Request Form or calling customer service at (MF, 9am to 5pm, ET). Within 24 hours, you will receive an email containing your RMA number and an attached Merchandise Return form which you will need to fill out.

  2. If the return is the result of our error and the merchandise is being shipped from one of the 48 contiguous states, we will send you a prepaid mailing label to affix on your package. If the merchandise is being shipped from a Canadian, AK, HI, PR, or VI address, a customer service representative will instruct you on how to ship it back to us. Your return shipping costs in this case will be refunded.

  3. Pack the merchandise you are returning securely in the original shipping box, if it is still in good condition, otherwise use another sturdy box. Please note that return shipments sent in envelopes will not be accepted.

  4. In the package, place a copy of your invoice and a fully completed Merchandise Return form.

Your label must include your RMA number as shown above; otherwise your package will not be recognized as an authorized return.

For your protection, we recommend you ship your return package via a traceable shipping service and save the tracking number for your records.

  1. After receiving and inspecting your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund or approve an exchange. Your refund will be in the same form of your original payment. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return and issue a refund.

     

IMPORTANT:

  • Customers are responsible for the returned merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse. Please contact the carrier if your return shipment was damaged in transit.

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No COD or freight collect returns will be accepted.

  • Packages received without proper documentation or with an expired RMA number will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of MakkahOutlet.

     

EXCHANGES

To exchange a product you have purchased, proceed as follows:

  1. Place a new order for the replacement item and pay for it. Because our stock is limited, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.

  2. Return the product following the Step-By-Step Instructions outlined above.

     

REFUSED DELIVERIES

Packages that are refused by customers or recipients and as a result are returned to our warehouse will be assessed a $10 per package handling fee plus a 20% merchandise restocking fee. If the original purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost plus any duty taxes will be deducted from the credit refund. In addition, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier and duty taxes if any. The original shipping and gifting costs are non-refundable.

 

CREDITS & REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned merchandise. Delays may be experienced with incomplete returns. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment. Please note the following:

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds to anyone who has made what we consider to be excessive returns.

  • Charges for gift box and special delivery services are not refundable.

  • Refunds will not be available if the returned merchandise has been damaged or altered in any way before it reaches our warehouse.

  • All related fees (shipping and return-shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE except if the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the purchase was eligible for free shipping and the return is not due to a product defect or error from our part, the shipping cost along with any duty taxes will be deducted from the credit refund
