- ✓Look for "added sugars" on its own line, not just "total sugars".
- ✓Ingredients are listed by weight — #1 on the list is most of the product.
- ✓"Natural flavour" is a legal term that can hide dozens of chemicals.
- ✓% Daily Value over 20% = high. Under 5% = low.
- ✓Sodium above 600mg per 100g is considered high — even in "healthy" snacks.
