Description
Jami` al-Tirmidhi, known as Sunan al-Tirmidhi, is one of the six books of hadith compiled by Imam al-Tirmidhi.
Sunni clerics consider it the fifth of the six hadith books.
It was divided by Sheikh Al-Albani into Sahih Al-Tirmidhi and Weak Al-Tirmidhi.
The correct name of Jami` al-Tirmidhi is:
- “Al-Jami AL-Muqtasar from the Sunan on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and to know what is true and what is to be done and what is to be done.” This is what Sheikh Abd Al-Fattah Abu Ghuddah achieved in his book Verifying the Name of the Sahihin and Jam'e al-Tirmidhi, and he stated that he found it on two old manuscripts.

The scholars unanimously agreed on his fairness and trust, except for Ibn Hazm Al-Andalusi, who said in it:
- “Anonymous,” because he did not know nor knew about the existence of the Al-Jami and the “causes” that he has, as Al-Dhahabi mentioned, may God have mercy on them.
